Who Are Those Gals? ~ Carla Calò




Carla Calò was born in Palermo, Sicily, Italy on September 21, 1916. Carla began her film career with an appearance as Haidée in “Il conte Ugolino” (The Iron Swordsman) in 1949. She finished he film career in 2003 with an appearance in the TV series ‘Inferno Below’ after 99 films and television roles. She’s best known for her roles in “Bebo's Girl” (1964), “Totò le mokò” (1949) and “Hercules the Invincible” (1964).

She usually appeared in mature roles as mothers or widows in her six Euro-westerns often using the alias Carrol Brown or Carol Brown.
